Note From The Principal
Projects where I'm most helpful focus on creating value through simple, scalable, lovable solutions to structural business problems. I'm a cloud generalist (think general contractor for cloud projects) with access to specialist resources who can be consulted or sub-contracted if/when they are useful. Engagements and billing follow Agile/SCRUM iterative rhythms to accelerate deployment of real value and align incentives between iterations' tasks and projects' goals.
